What You’ll Do
Lead Sales Enablement:
Develop and execute impactful enablement strategies for direct and partner sales teams.
Own Sales Materials:
Create and refine sales playbooks, competitive positioning, objection-handling guides, and value propositions.
Train & Educate:
Design and deliver sales training programs, ensuring teams understand messaging, differentiation, and best practices.
Strategic

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing to align enablement efforts.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Track KPIs to assess enablement effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.

What You Bring
5+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or a related field.
SaaS expertise (at least 2+ years in a B2B SaaS environment).
Deep understanding of sales processes – ideally with experience in sales enablement or a background in sales.
Self-starter mentality – you take ownership and drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction.
Strong storytelling & communication skills – you know how to craft compelling messaging that resonates with different personas.

Experience with enablement tools (Salesforce, LMS platforms, sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, SPICED).
Ability to work cross-functionally – engaging with sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
