Position Overview
Sr Director Regional Services
Responsible for managing and directing operations within a specific market to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and productivity across multiple service offerings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Supervise Directors, Managers, Account Executives, Associates, and other appropriate staff.
- Manage staffing, training, and development of all employees in the market; ensure access to appropriate training tools.
- Promote cross‑selling and proactive sharing of account information among Kforce divisions.
- Develop and execute the overall sales plan, including territory alignment, account assignment, and KPI adherence.
- Collaborate with product groups to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Assume P&L responsibility for assigned locations.
- Deploy company assets cost‑effectively.
- Work with other Market Directors and Vice Presidents to generate and share business strategies across markets.
- Ensure timely execution of corporate directives.
- Participate in client visits and monitor client satisfaction rates.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and leadership.

Bachelor’s degree and seven or more years of related product/business experience, preferably within the staffing industry; proven sales record in developing large accounts; prior experience managing multiple locations and staff levels.
