- Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $150 K+).
- Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment.

Sales advisors receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks. Commissions are paid on a percentage of products or services sold and are eligible for a monthly performance bonus. New advisors can expect to earn approximately $85,000, while experienced advisors can earn over $150,000.
