About the roleWe are looking for talented and energetic Sales Development Representatives who are motivated and driven to join our 8am Sales Team to support our Account Executives. As an SDR you will work in a fast‑paced and continuously growing team with success that hinges upon a propensity for action and productive collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. Whatyou’ll do
- Manage inbound leads while developing and maintaining a high‑level knowledge of 8am’s platform offerings
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities
- Maintain a call volume of 45–60 calls per day to qualify key leads and create an inbound pipeline
- Update and maintain the Salesforce database, including data discovery tied to initiatives
- Contact and qualify inbound leads, educate prospects about the product, and schedule meetings with the sales team
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
- Work closely with marketing and sales to develop opportunities through inbound efforts
- Ability to learn and articulate complex subject matter

- Experience selling technology and/or software

- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision‑making, or drive innovation
- 1–2 years of sales experience or a customer‑oriented role that includes cold calling
- Sales experience and training at a Tech or SaaS company
- Prior experience at a high‑growth, SaaS company
The base pay range for this position is $48,000–$50,000 USD annually plus uncapped commission. This is an hourly, non‑exempt position eligible for overtime. 8am offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.
