GHA is an employee‑owned value‑added reseller that offers competitive commissions, bonuses and an annual stock‑ownership program.

• Base salary ranges from $96,000 to $2,000,000 annually for top performers.
• $10,000 fast‑start bonus per month for 12 months and a $120,000 first‑year target.
• Up to $1,500 per week for minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment.
• 200% of the profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped; 40% to 59% after 90 days.
• Up to $10,000 new client account credits, up to $5,000 new account donation credits and up to $400 in gift cards for business‑building activities.
• W‑2 employment with Medical, Dental, HSA benefits, 401(k) retirement plan and company stock ownership (ESOP).

• Minimum of three years direct technology sales experience.
• Experience selling AI, virtualization, cloud, security, wireless, SD‑WAN and data‑center technologies.
• Strong knowledge of the enterprise technology vendor ecosystem including Microsoft, Dell, HP, IBM, VMware, Lenovo, APC, EMC, Pure Storage, Samsung, Intel, Eaton and others.
