As a Client Partner, Enterprise Sales, you will create tailored sales strategies, build long‑term relationships with key decision makers, generate and close new sales opportunities, manage contract negotiations, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Responsibilities- Develop tailored sales strategies to meet the unique goals of each Enterprise client within your portfolio and accelerate cross‑functional partnership execution.
- Curate long‑term relationships with key decision makers and influencers within each client, including C‑level executives, and generate and close new sales opportunities across existing and new clients.
- Lead a world‑class, differentiated experience that drives continued client growth.
- Position T‑Mobile product capabilities to potential and existing clients that align with and help them enable their business goals.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and close large, high‑value deals with enterprise clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Required)
- 4‑7 years of experience selling to Enterprise clients (3K+ employees) (Required)
- 7‑10 years of business sales experience with an established track record of successful acquisition sales, opportunity creation, and closure within an enterprise customer base; at least 5 years of that experience in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales (Required)
- Deep understanding of technology and business strategies to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively at an Enterprise level (Required)
- Demonstration of contribution in account planning and execution of those plans’ efforts (Required)
- Effective account relationship management, financial outcomes, churn reduction, and multi‑program opportunity lifecycle management (Required)
- Build and maintain effective long‑term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues (Required)
- Assess potential customers and prioritize leads with the highest likelihood of conversion (Required)
- Identify and create new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships to drive long‑term growth and success (Required)
- Confidently handle sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients (Required)
- Communicate effectively with client leaders at all levels, adapting communication style as needed (Required)
- Strong networking skills and a track record of success in leveraging connections (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $169,500 – $305,800, inclusive of target incentives
Base Pay Range: $101,700 – $183,480
