This is a hybrid outside sales role, perfect for competitive professionals from auto, RV, solar, or home improvement sales who want to earn six figures in a purpose‑driven, team‑oriented company.

• Attend and manage seller appointments throughout your territory (leads provided).
• Inspect, comp, and evaluate residential properties to determine fair offers.
• Negotiate purchase agreements directly with homeowners.
• Manage your pipeline and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with acquisitions leadership to hit and exceed monthly goals.

• 1–3 years of direct-to-consumer or outside sales experience (car, RV, solar, etc).
• Strong closer who thrives in high‑pressure, high‑reward environments.
• Self‑starter with solid communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000 yearly
