As a Tosi Field Marketer, you’ll be the friendly face introducing shoppers to our snacks through in-store demos and regional roadshows. You’ll engage directly with customers, sample products, and help drive sales at retailers like Costco, Sprouts, and other grocery partners.

• Contract, part-time to full-time (25–35 hrs/week)
• Compensation range: $30–$35 per hour + potential sales bonus opportunities

• Execute in-store demos and local roadshows (within ~20 mi radius), bringing the Tosi brand to life through engaging, authentic customer interactions.
• Sample products, educate customers, and confidently share our ingredient story and mission.
• Build relationships with store managers and staff to maintain strong retail partnerships.
• Take ownership of your demo experience: set‑up, sampling, clean‑up, and reporting.
• Track sales performance and share customer feedback to help Tosi continually improve.
• Represent Tosi with integrity, energy, and connection: our three core values in the field.

• Outgoing and personable: you genuinely enjoy meeting new people.
• Responsible and reliable: you show up prepared and on time.
• Comfortable working independently, but also a great team communicator.
• Passionate about healthy living, nutrition, or natural food brands.
• Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• Physically, you must be able to stand for long stretches of time & carry 25–40 lb boxes of product/gear.
• Willing to complete a quick food handler certification (we cover the cost).
• Sales, CPG, or product demo experience is a plus (but not required, we train you!).
