Key Responsibilities
  • Work as a senior account executive and right hand to the GM, App Media with goals to secure new Carrier and OEM accounts in North America.
  • Help manage executive escalations and work with internal team to determine root cause and drive preventive actions.
  • Familiar with regional regulatory and legal changes and be able to articulate the impact of our business to the customer.
  • Help narrate our strategic positioning with new initiatives.
  • Help track business cases we provide to the customer by tracking closely with actuals; elevate discrepancies.
  • Lead all Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with assigned customers.
  • Understand the key drivers for each customer and present and pitch with those in mind.
  • Develop a solid understanding of our products so you can answer any objections.
  • Develop a solid understanding of macro trends affecting the demand side of the business.
  • Become familiar with all of our products and how they are being used by other customers. When upselling, it’s important to share these findings and offer solutions in order to offer meaningful revenue opportunities for our customers.
  • Attend Exec Steerco to provide updates on assigned accounts.
  • Expectation to learn KPIs and monitor accounts proactively – an example is if Install Rates drop by 5% – call it out and request someone to investigate.
  • Strategic oversight and planning:
    • Responsible for creating the business development and sales strategy for assigned customers.
    • Participate in Annual Planning to ensure our AOP initiatives support and map to their revenue targets.
    • Help explain why long-term strategic initiatives are important and why certain products may be needed now in order to be ready for future trends.
  • Responsible for customer relationship, revenue growth, and expansion of product usage.
  • Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers – both internal and external.
Required Skills
  • 8-12 years of online media, or other advertising experience and knowledge of online ad serving with mobile advertising a strong plus.
  • Ability to join a named account and make an immediate impact.
  • Experience in Sales.
  • Ability to work with a global and remote team.
  • Ability to build rapport and grow relationships both via phone and in-person with all customers.
  • Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of advertiser monetization landscape and ad operations a plus.
  • Prior experience doing partner development within the digital media strata is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible in regard to work hours to support customer time zones.
  • Comfortable with using large sets of data to craft a narrative that influences customer behavior.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive approach to challenging situations.
  • Strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.
  • Professional maturity; high emotional IQ.
