Responsibilities
  • Support development of leadership's multi-year account plans in Software by providing insight on ESG solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of strategy for ESG products/services by providing input on customer needs, pain points, trends, etc. to product/service manager.
  • Maintain ongoing plan to prioritize portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships throughout the year, identifying opportunities for software renewal.
  • Perform product demos and advise customers on how to integrate software into an existing IT environment under moderate guidance.
  • Use technical credibility to build relationships with buyers and centers of influence, supporting Global account leadership.
  • Serve as main point of client contact for ESG products/services throughout the sales cycle.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Compliance Wire to clients based on highly technical knowledge of the customer's current technology platforms and systems.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships after initial sale to effectively convert software renewals.
  • Work under moderate guidance of sales leadership on proposals and closings in the field for assigned specialty product/service sales as directed by account leadership.
  • Act on opportunities to sell ESG software solutions.
  • Work with account managers on discovery and opportunity identification for ESG.
  • Seamlessly work with customers throughout the sales cycle under the guidance of account managers.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to gather customer requirements.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for specialty products/services, responsible for articulating value proposition and managing client interactions; bring in additional technical resources (e.g., engineers) when needed.
  • Provide input to account owner during account planning on potential growth opportunities within the assigned solution area.
  • Build trusted advisor status with relevant account owners, making connections.
  • Support smooth hand‑off of customers to implementation teams or E&A customer success post‑sale.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in software engineering or related field.
  • Relevant technical capabilities related to ESG SaaS solutions.
  • 2+ years of related sales experience.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with ESG space.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Benefits

The position offers medical, dental and vision benefits; wellness benefits including mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with standard rewards offered by location. Full‑time employees enjoy paid time off: vacation (15 days), holiday and floating holidays (12 days), and sick time (72 hours).

Compensation

Estimated annual compensation: $112,875 – $137,375. Base salary: $64,500 – $78,500. 100% on target performance. Eligible for UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. Annual target incentive: 75% of base salary, paid quarterly, contingent upon performance.
