PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Assist Customers with club fitting, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance;
Maintain a premier stock and visual level for Hard Goods areas to drive sales and customer experience;
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs and explain features and benefits to Customers;
Stay up to date on merchandising promotions and marketing events to maintain presence throughout promotions
