Back of House Associate

Store Manager and Operations Manager

Austin-based since 2003, KICK PLEAT is a high-end, multi-brand establishment with storefronts in Austin, Houston, and Dallas.

The Kick Pleat Back of House Associate covers a variety of areas of retail. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how the business functions as a whole or expand your operational skillset.

• Process and ship all orders.
• Prepare and steam incoming inventory to provide stylists with newly received pieces. We receive new inventory daily
• Participate in the in-store inventory process
• Light errands and local deliveries
• Maintain and organized back of house inventory of merchandise and supplies.
• Assist the sales team and e-commerce teams as needed

• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Contributes to an outstanding working environment with a positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to assist others.
• Must be flexible to work retail hours, including holidays and weekends.
• The ideal candidate is a hard worker with strong communication and time management skills. Interest in luxury retail is a plus.
