• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting selections, and locating merchandise.
• Stock and rotate products on a daily basis, maintaining department and safety/sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory control, load and unload product, and organize the back area for the night crew and incoming trucks.
• Organize merchandise on pallets, maintain shelf tags and signage, and create/prepare signage as needed.
• Maintain standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation.
• Check shipments for out‑of‑date or damaged products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Build, stock, maintain, and take down store displays.
• Perform the duties of a customer service assistant as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Each department may have specific physical requirements. The following summarizes typical lifting and physical demands.

• Beauty: lift up to 30 lbs, frequent reaching and light lifting.
• Drugstore / General Merchandise: lift up to 55 lbs, frequent standing, bending and lifting.
• Grocery: lift up to 65 lbs, frequent cold exposure and lifting heavy items up to 135 lbs.
• Texas Backyard: lift up to 65 lbs, exposure to wet conditions and ambient temperatures.
• Healthy Living: lift up to 50 lbs, continuous standing, reaching, and handling of small tasks.
