• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service.
• Assist customers and answer questions.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and self‑serve displays in the Dairy Deli Frozen Department.
• Fill and rotate displays to ensure freshness.
• Perform regular lifting and moving tasks up to 60 pounds as required.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, clean working environment.

• Read and write Spanish and English, and interact with the general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information effectively in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
• Apply common‑sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.
