The fulfillment team picks, preps, packs, sorts, and ships products safely, efficiently and effectively to deliver convenience and quality for our guests.

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest‑first culture
• Retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotion strategies
• Workload planning to support sales goals

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience; model, train and coach expectations to deliver the service standard.
• Lead your team and drive fulfillment goals, support sales growth and understand how your department contributes to store profitability.
• Utilize workload planning tools to ensure your team completes all scheduled workload and all orders are fulfilled to meet delivery and service standards.
• Review all fulfillment reporting, identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve them.
• Create daily plans for your team; be an expert of operations, accuracy, process and efficiency.
• Enable efficient delivery by leading pickup and ship From Store workload.
• Evaluate candidates for open positions; support onboarding as directed by the leader.
• Establish clear goals around quality, accuracy, and timeliness and hold team members accountable.
• Work a flexible schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (including early morning, evening, weekends and holidays).
• Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked; partner with the leader for ordering.
• Follow all safe and secure training and processes.
• Demonstrate inclusivity, ethical conduct, safety and compliance; model safe behaviors and support incident response.
• Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices during onboarding and team interactions.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive Up (DU). Maintain compliance with all relevant laws.
• Model a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging when assistance is needed.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You thrive in a fast‑moving, highly active, physically demanding role that values teamwork, flexibility and creative problem solving.
• You are open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable, adapt to technology, work independently and as part of a team, manage workload, prioritize tasks.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills.
• Access all areas of the building; interpret instructions and reports; handle cash register operations; climb ladders; lift and move merchandise; communicate via multiple frequency devices; operate handheld scanners.
