- Review all fulfillment reporting, identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve them.
- Create daily plans for your team; be an expert of operations, accuracy, process and efficiency.
- Enable efficient delivery by leading pickup and ship From Store workload.
- Evaluate candidates for open positions; support onboarding as directed by the leader.
- Establish clear goals around quality, accuracy, and timeliness and hold team members accountable.
- Work a flexible schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (including early morning, evening, weekends and holidays).
- Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked; partner with the leader for ordering.
- Follow all safe and secure training and processes.
- Demonstrate inclusivity, ethical conduct, safety and compliance; model safe behaviors and support incident response.
- Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices during onboarding and team interactions.
- Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive Up (DU). Maintain compliance with all relevant laws.
- Model a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging when assistance is needed.
- All other duties based on business needs.
- You enjoy interacting with and helping guests and team members.
- You thrive in a fast‑moving, highly active, physically demanding role that values teamwork, flexibility and creative problem solving.
- You are open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Lead and hold others accountable, adapt to technology, work independently and as part of a team, manage workload, prioritize tasks.
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
- Effective communication skills.
- Access all areas of the building; interpret instructions and reports; handle cash register operations; climb ladders; lift and move merchandise; communicate via multiple frequency devices; operate handheld scanners.
