The Retail Store Inventory Lead is a key member of the store leadership team, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to provide an excellent experience for both the team and customers. The role involves managing all inventory‑related tasks and ensuring the back‑room operates efficiently.

• Forge lasting relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Maintain a tidy, easy‑to‑navigate back room.
• Handle daily destock and restock operations.
• Keep the back‑of‑house organized.
• Attend monthly inventory meetings.
• Manage weekly cycle counts and store‑to‑store transfers.
• Perform weekly manual restocks to keep the floor fully stocked.
• Ensure shipments are received and processed timely, following up with managers if needed.
• Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.

• Available to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.
• Carry out scheduled shifts with punctuality.
• Develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Handle customer concerns positively and proactively.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Learn new procedures and processes quickly.
• Strong organizational and follow‑through skills.

Hourly rate: $17/hr – $19/hr
, plus team pooled commission.
