Sales Associate – EXPRESS

Location: Austin, TX

Store: Barton Creek

• Provide a great in‑store shopping experience for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait time.
• Positively resolve customer service‑related issues or communicate to store management.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Other essential functions may occur as directed by the supervisor.

• Education:
  
  High School or Equivalent.
• Relevant experience: 0–2 years with minimum 6 months; previous retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meet availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non‑business hours.
• Meet physical requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
