Leslie's Pool Supplies is the world's largest retailer of swimming pool supplies. With over 1,000+ retail stores in 39 states and multiple service divisions, we provide a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values growth and customer focus.

An on-site driver responsible for the safe, DOT‑regulated delivery of merchandise from a Leslie’s store. Duties include delivery to customer sites, vehicle inspections, maintaining delivery logs, safe driving practices, paperwork filing, customer assistance, outbound sales calls, order processing, inventory control, stocking, loading/unloading trucks, warehouse operations, and building maintenance.

• Ensure accurate, on‑time delivery of all products in full compliance with DOT safety standards.
• Consistently uphold Leslie’s commitment to superior customer service.
• Stay current with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and complete all required documentation.
• Maintain organized, efficient warehouse operations, including proper loading, unloading, and securing of products.
• Support overall store performance through reliable delivery execution and operational support.
• Efficiently plan routes, follow procedures, and ensure all loads meet DOT safety requirements.
• Takes initiative and brings forward new ideas and solutions.
• Provides exceptional service and support to every customer.
• Meets commitments and completes tasks accurately and on time.
• Adapts quickly and absorbs new information with ease.
• Maintains excellence in personal performance and contributes to store success.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean and satisfactory driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to represent the company professionally during deliveries and customer interactions.
• Pool industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Retail or operations experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using store/warehouse systems.

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
