• Lead inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for General Merchandise areas and support store processes to enable a consistent guest experience.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up and maintenance, pricing, and stock management to ensure product availability.
• Support pick, pack, and ship fulfillment tasks and assist guests with digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking, packing, or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas as directed.
• Operate approved power equipment if certified and follow safety policies at all times.
• Perform price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory checks as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about total store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in all duties.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards; participate in training and follow safety best practices.
• Support guest services as needed, including back-up cashier duties and digital order fulfillment.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
