Style Advisor – Austin (Equinox)

Job Description

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join the Equinox team at our new club in Austin. This role provides a total, unparalleled customer experience to both club members and shop visitors, working closely with the Shop Manager on strategy, operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales goals, contributing to the store’s overall target.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to all visitors of the Shop and to Equinox members.
  • Maintain knowledge of club and shop services, programs, and products.
  • Understand and uphold loss‑prevention and inventory‑management policies consistently.
  • Assist the Shop Manager in timely and accurate completion of all operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to ensure the shop reflects brand standards through merchandising, marketing, and dress-code adherence.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms.
  • Build effective relationships and partnerships with fellow employees, supervisors, and clients.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally at all levels, embracing diplomacy and teamwork.
Qualifications
  • Ability to take direction and work independently.
  • Experience in customer‑service retail environments.
  • Hardworking, diligent, honest, and of personal integrity.
  • Excellent time‑management, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to adopt new techniques and ideas.
  • Availability to work a varied schedule based on the club’s needs.
