P. Terry's is looking for Managers/Shift Leaders for the Overnight Shift in Texas. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience and certification level.
Responsibilities- Take charge of the stand when the General Manager is not present.
- Count inventory and deposit drawers.
- Ensure all positions are cleaned and closed down.
- Lock and secure the stand.
- Support the team and create a positive, proactive atmosphere.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and treat guests like family.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
- At least 1 year of restaurant experience.
- Ability to promote teamwork and support others.
- Ability to lift 35‑50 lbs and lift, reach, and bend for products.
- Can obtain a Manager’s Serve Safe certification as needed.
