As a Foodrunner you will provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service of food and beverage, following the restaurant’s quality and time standards. You will maintain a high level of cleanliness in the restaurant, support servers and bartenders, and assist with special cleaning projects.

• Communicate with guests and coworkers in a positive and hospitable manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow proper uniform guidelines.
• Assemble and disassemble workstations promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of station during shifts; stock and replenish as needed.
• Maintain adequate levels of ice for drink preparation.
• Observe all state and federal laws regarding the service of food and alcohol, including current certifications.
• Bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant.
• Polish silverware and glassware to ensure the restaurant is set up for success.
• Communicate any questions, issues, or guest concerns to the management team.
• Clean and maintain all equipment and utensils necessary for job performance.
• Report any issues with equipment immediately to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Follow all checklists and perform all necessary tasks required for your position; comply with all safety guidelines set out by the restaurant.
• Assist restaurant servers in tasks necessary to maintain their tables and support guests throughout the visit.

• Able to stand for long periods.
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. and using a tray properly.
• Obtain and update any required certifications.
