Prepare a variety of sweet treats for club members, following recipes and production schedules. Prep baked goods from scratch—including mousses, custards, doughs, and sweet bread—checking daily prep lists and ensuring all materials are in stock. Portion and arrange pastries to specifications. Stock items for a la carte service and banquet events; maintain knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools, reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Keep workstation and walk‑in freezer clean and organized, inspecting cleanliness of tools, equipment, and supplies. Coordinate with the executive pastry chef to review assignments and anticipate business levels.

• 2+ years of experience working as a pastry cook
• Valid Food Handler’s certification for Austin, TX
• Working knowledge of pastry and kitchen operations
