We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time Server to join our team in a vibrant Senior Living community in north Austin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and enjoyment during meal times. Together with our entire Community Team, you will work to create an inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall quality of life for our residents.

• Deliver outstanding food service to residents and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience.
• Set up and clean dining areas, including tables, utensils, and serving equipment, prior to and after meal service.
• Present menu options to residents, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Take resident meal orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared according to resident preferences and dietary needs.
• Assist residents during meals, providing support to ensure they can enjoy their dining experience comfortably.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining spaces, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Create and foster positive relationships with residents, serving as a friendly, attentive, and responsive presence.
• Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance service delivery and follow best practices.
• Address resident concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food service or hospitality, particularly in Senior Living or healthcare environment, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to serve and support seniors.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
