Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional service and crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our Food and Beverage operation, greeting guests, taking orders, bussing tables, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Servers may also be required to prepare coffee drinks or alcoholic beverages. You will also be expected to adhere to hygiene and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization while on shift.

This position requires availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Individuals in this role will also require flexibility to support in multiple areas of the Food and Beverage division including The Tradition An American Kitchen, Hey Dey Social Club, room deliveries and Banquet events as needed.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a team spirit
• Availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight, up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• TABC and Food handlers’ certifications required
• Must be able to adhere to hygiene and safety standards as well as maintain cleanliness and organization

Hey Dey Social Club is centered on sunny golden hour hangs where guests can spend all evening at this cheerful bar meets European Social Club. With stellar cocktails and friendly service, Hey Dey operates as a cocktail café and is the go-to place for downtown happy hour drinks. Enjoy excellent coffee for a late afternoon pick-me-up, Italian Aperitif style drinks, innovative seasonal takes on classic craft cocktails, natural wine, and local beers.

This uniquely hip cocktail and snack bar offers casual and light service with an attitude that doesn't take itself too seriously. For us, grabbing a drink after work is a whole ritual, a precious moment to share a drink and a bite with friends at the end of the workday or before dinner.

Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin features 246 guestrooms, 3,000 sq ft. of dedicated meeting space, along with two exciting F&B concepts including an 8th floor rooftop bar. Guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering unmatched views of the Texas Capitol, UT Stadium, and growing Austin skyline.
