Job DescriptionThe Pinthouse Artisanal Bakery Team prepares high-quality breads, pretzels, and desserts daily for our amazing guests. We make a variety of breads. Our dough is shaped by hand, always using high-quality ingredients, including house-brewed beer! We want to build our team with individuals who bring positive attitudes, creative problem solving, and a team-centric, hospitality-forward mentality.
Responsibilities- Have a passion for Sourdough, Pizza Dough, Other Breads and desserts
- Flexibility to work around customer demand
- Follow recipe cards exactly and maintain high-level dough production (shaping, proofing, baking,
- Proficient in ability to use, clean and store professional kitchen equipment
- Predictable AM schedule with weekend availability required
- Experience as a Baker, Pastry Cook or similar role
- Certification or Degree from Culinary School (Preferred)
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Love a high-volume environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
