Our Golden Corral franchise is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team. The Baker is responsible for preparing yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts and other freshly baked products while maintaining freshness, speed, cleanliness and organization.

• Prepare hand‑made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts and other baked items.
• Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs.
• Complete the use of the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf‑life compliance.
• Ensure that every product is always fresh, tasty, visually appealing and hot when appropriate.
• Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
• Maintain proper portioning and recipe yields.
• Follow the Bakery Production Guide.
• Meet cleanliness, service and quality standards in the bakery.
• Follow local health department laws.
• Assist guests with baked goods and provide friendly service.
