As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. You provide leadership to crew and other managers during the shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards, while monitoring safety, security, and profitability. Your responsibilities include planning for each shift, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet their targets.

• Previous leadership experience preferably within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• 18 years or older to qualify for the manager role
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
