As our Cook II, you'll be responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of food items across various outlets, from our restaurant and café to room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets. Your role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation while ensuring efficient kitchen operations. • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Food Handlers Certification required (must comply with State requirements).
• Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action.
• A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas solutions.
