What You'll Do

• The Barista will deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with customers to deliver quality beverages and products. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness always.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items and stay current on seasonal specials, new menu items, and specifications including proper preparation while promoting and recommending menu options to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties.
• Process all payment methods.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• A Barista will have an outgoing and social personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A passion for service with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to any situation.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for product quality.
• Previous experience always helps, but is not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
