Role Description:

Grillers take full ownership for the daily preparation and execution of food items in their station, ensuring the highest quality and consistency. They follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards, working collaboratively with the team to exceed customer expectations.

Minimum Requirements and Expectations:

• Ability to work in a team and take direction
• Work calmly under pressure
• Commitment to quality service and food safety
• Basic English skills and professional communication

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 15 lbs independently
• Stand, walk, and climb stairs during shifts
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, overhead lifting
