Within The Driskill, we operate three unique concepts:

• 1886 Café & Bakery

As an In-Room Dining Server
, you’ll deliver elevated service directly to our guests’ rooms. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and service
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and provide thoughtful recommendations
• Relay orders to the kitchen and beverage teams
• Communicate guest needs to other staff and management
• Accurately handle payments and room charge procedures
• Complete all side work as assigned
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Active TABC certification required
• Minimum of 1-year server experience required
• Excellent customer service and people skills required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good working knowledge of beverages and a willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
• Ability to read menus, safety documents, etc.
• Prior experience with POS systems

• Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
