YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTERIn this role, you will handle diverse responsibilities, including executing financial plans, local marketing, guest service, and human resources objectives vital to our restaurant's success. Managing the restaurant floor, maintaining guest satisfaction, ensuring compliance with regulations, recruiting, training, and retaining staff are key duties. You will also oversee food quality, inventory, equipment, sanitation, security, and marketing promotions, along with completing all necessary reports and documentation.
WHAT'SREQUIRED?
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak and read English
- Basic math skills
