• We are looking for candidates that can work the bobarista (front of house) and kitchen (back of house), and/or flex.

The ideal candidate / qualifications:

• Great attitude and willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Energetic and great customer service mindset
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Ability to complete cleaning, dishwashing, and organization tasks
• Basic math skills
• High integrity with a good attendance & punctuality record
• Able to work weekday & weekend shifts (flexible & year round availability; no seasonal)

Bobarista / Front of House Responsibilities (FOH):

• Greet each customer as they enter in a friendly and professional manner, ensure they have an exceptional experience from beginning to end
• Answer any questions customers may have regarding our menu and ingredients
• Take customers orders, enter all orders in POS system, accurately process all cash and credit card payments, ensure all prices and quantities are accurate
• Proficiently follow recipes to prepare all beverages and serve drinks
• Ensure quality and consistency of products
• Check if bar equipments operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Standard organization, cleaning, and dishwashing tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, comply with health and safety regulations

Kitchen / Back of House Responsibilities (BOH):

• Brew teas and prepare all toppings/items
• Assist with unloading and correct storing of delivered food supplies
• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Document inventory and supply usage
• Properly cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipments and food preparations areas according to established standards of hygiene
• Standard organization, cleaning, and dishwashing tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while cooking, comply with health and safety regulations
• Ability to fluidly move from bar & kitchen stations while maintaining accuracy & focus
