Ring the dinner bell! The Haywire & The Ranch brand is looking for our next amazing Bar Back or Service Bartender. We believe in always being ready, cause Company's Comin'! We offer heritage recipes made modern with locally sourced ingredients. Our menu features the inspired and quality ingredients of fine dining with the comfort of casual home cookin'. We pride ourselves in offering a beverage selection that includes a wide variety of local Texas spirits, craft beers, handcrafted cocktails, and an unparalleled, award-winning wine list.

OUR BAR BACKS & SERVICE BARTENDERS:

• Possess a deep love and knowledge of whiskey, wine, and beer
• Craft cocktails that are Hand Tooled and Gussied Up
• Understand the balance of showmanship and efficiency
• Pride themselves on their close attention to detail

EXPERIENCE &

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum one (1) year restaurant and bar experience
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
