Bonus Program:
Eligible GMs participate in a bonus payout based on restaurant performance.

• Manage profitability by controlling costs, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure friendly, high-quality guest experiences.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. Starting ranges include:

• Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
• NYC: $65,000 - $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
