The Leasing Consultant (Job Code: Leasing Consultant ATX-724E) is a full-time, on-site position located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The role encompasses assisting prospective residents with leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, managing lease administration, and fostering resident retention. The Leasing Consultant will also address tenant inquiries and play a vital role in achieving occupancy goals while ensuring a positive community experience.
Qualifications- Thorough knowledge and experience with Leases and Lease Administration processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective and current residents.
- Proven abilities in Resident Retention strategies and fostering community relationships.
- Experience and skills in providing top-tier Customer Service in a professional setting.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Understanding of property management or real estate industry trends is a plus.
