This is an on-site internship position located in Austin, TX, designed for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate. The Research Associate will assist in conducting market research and analysis, gathering and organizing data, creating comprehensive reports, and supporting other operational tasks. The role involves collaborating with the brokerage team to provide valuable insights that aid in decision‑making and strategy development. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the commercial real estate industry.

• Strong research and analytical skills, including data gathering and interpretation
• Proficiency in using technology and software tools to organize and present information effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail

• Interest in commercial real estate or relevant experience in a similar field
