Leasing Consultant

We are looking for an energetic, positive person to join our team!

• Serves as first point of contact either on the phone or in person (walk-ins by residents/ potential residents, vendors, etc.)
• Perform a variety of administrative functions (filing, data entry, lease file management)
• Draft leases and prepare for signing
• Leasing apartments and qualifying prospective residents
• Receive service requests from residents

• Excellent customer service and results-driven with strong communication skills.
• Serves as first point of contact either on the phone or in person (walk-ins by residents/ potential residents, vendors, etc.)
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
• Highly organized with effective multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to work standard community hours including Saturdays.
• Consistent achievement of monthly leasing goals.
• Strong team player with positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarization with the Blue Moon Software and the TAA Lease.
• Self-starter with high level of motivation are key skills.

• Available to work most Saturdays (requirement)
• At least one year of work experience as a leasing agent, but not required

• Competitive salary ($17-22 per hour) plus commissions
