Job Summary:

Join our team at Frisch & Company – an ambitious, innovative real estate agency redefining the property market in Hamburg. As an Appointment Setter Real Estate, you will qualify and engage private home seller leads, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments for our sales experts. Shape the future of real estate with a hanseatic, modern, and personal approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively process daily assigned FSBO (For Sale By Owner) leads, prioritizing based on location, price, and recency.
  • Initiate first contact with private sellers via platform-compliant messaging and secure consent (opt-in) for further communication.
  • Quickly qualify leads by gathering property type, timeline, price expectations, and stage of selling process.
  • Coordinate and schedule firm advisory appointments with our team, sending confirmations and updates.
  • Meticulously document all lead interactions, opt‑ins, and follow‑ups in CRM systems (Hub Spot/onpreo/on Office).
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR, platform policies, and telephone outreach regulations, respecting all objections.
  • Maintain high response and follow‑up standards, exceeding service level expectations for promptness and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outreach, inside sales, or tele‑qualification—ideally within real estate or related services.
  • Exceptional German communication skills (written and verbal, at least C1), with a professional and engaging telephone presence.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM usage (preferably Hub Spot/onpreo/on Office) and meticulous record‑keeping.
  • Strong cold calling, outbound outreach, and pipeline‑building capabilities.
  • Polite, empathetic, and results‑driven personality with a talent for clear, concise writing.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and consent documentation (DSGVO/UWG).
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work flexibly and independently from a remote location.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Hamburg real estate market and common property platforms.
  • Experience with Whats App Business (API/inbox solutions) and online scheduling tools.
  • Additional exposure to remote sales teams or digital‑first real estate environments.
