As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of real estate transactions.

• Conduct mobile notarial acts for real estate closings, including loan signings, mortgage documents, and property deeds.
• Travel to client locations as needed to facilitate signings, ensuring all documents are properly executed and compliant with legal requirements.
• Verify the identities of signers, witness their signatures, and administer oaths or affirmations as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to coordinate signings and address any specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of notarial acts and transactions, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Active Notary Public commission in your state.
• Previous experience as a mobile notary public, with a focus on real estate closings, is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate documents and transaction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring timely completion of signings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Competitive compensation package, with rates typically ranging from $125.00 to $200.00 per real estate closing, based on experience and location.
