Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Work closely with sales agents to guide clients through property showings
- Provide detailed, written feedback to refine and adjust clients’ home search criteria
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
- Participate in weekly script rehearsals following team protocols
- Take an active role in team events and initiatives as required
- Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, continuous training, and Partner Calls
- Keep precise records of all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology platforms
