Pay Rate: $26.50-$34.60 /hr DoE

• Execute Quality Control processes associated with purchased product, manufacturing operations, and customer quality requirements.
• Inspect printed circuit boards / assemblies (PCB / PCBAs), verify electrical, electronic, and electromechanical (EEE) components, and cable assemblies.
• Inspect using calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, and VMMs (Vision Measuring Machine).
• Document inspection activities using electronic information systems, written logs, and labels.
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvements of inspection methods, inspection plans, and internal quality procedures and processes.
• Assist with the resolution to internal/external nonconformance using root cause, corrective action, and 8D methodologies.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting of department metrics as required.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the resolution of audit findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Assist with the control and disposition of non-conforming material (MRB).
• Drive scheduling of day-to-day processes; ensure timely and accurate turnaround.
• Other QC duties as assigned.

• Associate degree in a technical field preferred. H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB/PCBA inspection required.
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO
  9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with microscopic visual inspection.
• IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 certification.
• Experience with ERP and PLM software systems.
• Proficiency with reading engineering documents, CAD drawings, and detailed work instructions.
• Strong digital, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner.

• Experience in the aerospace or electronics industry.
