Job Description
Establish standardized, automated, and measurable quality practices across engineering teams. This role drives testing maturity improvements, embeds quality into CI/CD workflows, and enables teams to deploy with confidence and velocity.
Hands‑on experience with Playwright, Test Rail, NUnit, or similar frameworks is required. The role involves creating a Quality Engineering framework by introducing a testing maturity model, defining and publishing quality metrics, and creating reusable QA artifacts such as templates and checklists.
Quality should be embedded into delivery by integrating automated tests and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines. To enable consistent, scalable automation, teams are supported with golden‑path reference architectures they can easily adopt.
