What you’ll do
  • Work alongside Quality Engineers to improve on-time delivery, first pass yield, and scrap rates.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance for team member project management and execution.
  • Responsible for root cause analysis and corrective action plans based on non-conformances identified.
  • Develop project workflows for quality checks and risk assessment.
  • Drive new product design or improvements based on customer changes.
  • Provide oversight and development collaboration for the company’s supply chain.
  • Develop and implement robust quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive quality control processes, including inspection protocols, testing methodologies, and documentation systems.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques and statistical tools to analyze quality performance metrics, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer quality inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor quality performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Create and implement quality control protocols for robotics products and systems.
  • Establish inspection criteria and procedures for components and finished products.
  • Analyze test data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
  • Compile and presenting quality
