Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Insights is a hands‑on strategic operator who translates complex scientific, behavioral, and market inputs into clear insights and client‑ready action plans. This role requires strong strategic judgment and direct ownership of execution
Key Responsibilities- Independently develop insights from qualitative and quantitative inputs
- Translate complex science and market dynamics into clear POVs and recommendations
- Operate confidently across therapeutic areas and drug modalities
- Own end‑to‑end work product, timelines, and follow‑ups from strategy through client delivery
- Build and refine client‑ready decks and materials directly
- Incorporate feedback in real time and iterate quickly
- Maintain high standards of quality, clarity, and polish across outputs
- Partner effectively with internal and external cross‑functional stakeholders
- Translate between client objectives, scientific context, and executional requirements
- 6–10 years relevant experience in pharma
- Background in strategy, insights, medical communications, consulting, or agency
- Experience with pharmaceutical external communications including HCPs, patients, or advocacy
- Strong scientific literacy including disease states, MOA, and clinical data
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information into clear presentations
- Proven record of owning execution not just strategy
