Position OverviewJoin Emancipet in a groundbreaking opportunity as the Lead Veterinarian for our Dental and Surgical Center. Lead an innovative team in practicing dentistry and surgery at a state-of-the-art hospital, shaping the future of accessible veterinary care.

Other Benefits

Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- Licensure in Texas or ability to obtain licensure.
- Ability to obtain a DEA registration.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a clinical team.
- Dental and soft tissue surgery experience preferred. Doctor of veterinary medicine degree
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a clinically and operationally innovative team.
- Partner with a Branch Manager to oversee administrative aspects.
- Full-time position (5 days per week) with one day dedicated to leadership and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate frequently with Emancipet leadership to evolve the new clinic model and ensure quality care.
Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000, dependent on experience and other qualifications

Safety, Efficacy, Efficiency, Patient-Centeredness, Equity, and Timeliness, and the Lead Veterinarian will be responsible for the quality of medicine practiced at the Dental & Surgical Center, as well as the comfort of all patients. The Lead Veterinarian serves as the professional and compassionate main point of contact for medical questions and concerns for the clients and staff while providing support and training and ensuring fidelity to our systems and standard operating procedures.
