• Coordinate holistic care by collaborating across medical disciplines to ensure every patient receives a seamless, well-integrated treatment experience.
• Drive patient recovery through the continuous assessment and adjustment of individualized care plans that reflect real-time health needs.
• Champion clinical excellence by delivering direct nursing care that adheres to the highest safety standards and organizational protocols.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

• Experience providing care to vulnerable populations
• Specialty certification in cancer or cancer subspecialty
