- Provide direct nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure quality resident care in accordance with regulations and policies.
- Develop and evaluate care plans, ensure compliance, and respond promptly to emergencies, including CPR.
- Assign daily tasks, oversee staff performance, and maintain proper documentation and communication.
- Requirements include a current RN license and an Associate Degree in Nursing. Preferred experience in long‑term care and rehabilitative nursing, strong computer skills, and leadership abilities are essential.

Pay ranges from $32.00 to $40.00 per hour.
