Nurse Manager – Pediatrics
Seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager – Pediatrics in Abilene, TX, for a permanent, full-time leadership role.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and long-term planning of the pediatric care unit, promoting patient health and family-centered care.
- Lead and develop nursing staff.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- BSN (or in progress with completion within 12 months).
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
- Current Texas RN license.
- BLS and PALS certifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, report analysis, and computer skills.
Strategic, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality pediatric care.
